There were gale force winds predicted from the north west which would then swing around to the west so we stayed at Deep Hole Bay for the morning, running the water maker, completing the washing and school-work etc.
We will move around to Recearche Bay this afternoon so that we are ready to depart for Port Davey as soon as the weather permits (hopefully Saturday). There is no internet access at Recearche Bay or Port Davey so we’ll be offline until we reach Strahan in a week or 2 weather & sea conditions permitting. Stay safe everyone 😊
