It was an exciting morning for Lucy, after 9 days of not being able to go ashore we took her to the beach and let her run, she loved it! We were all so impressed with how Lucy had handled not being able to go ashore while we were at Port Davey. Later in the morning we made the short trip around to Strahan and anchored in Risby Cove.
We noticed as soon as we arrived that the jetty was full of yachts, rafted 2 up at the jetty. Two of the yachts were from Port Davey but the remaining 6 were from Geelong and Port Phillip Bay. The best place to catch up on tips and tricks from fellow yachties is in the laundromat which is where we spent the next 4 hours.
